Murphy’s Law Takes Vacation — The World’s Longest Dream Review (Part Thirteen)featured
We just booked our excursions for our Allure cruise! We leave in just over two weeks to get on board three weeks from today! Can’t wait! That said…that gives me two weeks to finish up this review, our second Dream cruise review and a review of our most recent Disney trip. Probably pictorial reviews but this Allure review will be back to usual business! Verbose and picture-laden and…we’re contemplating adding video 🙂 But getting back to the Dream…
It’s a beautiful day for some pool time!
A quick lunch from the grill before showers and naps 😀
We perused the shops for a bit before hitting up the ridiculously crowded past-guest party
When we went back to the room to change for dinner, we found some sweet Platinum treats waiting for us!
The stairway (or, more accurately, the choppy seas) was a hater
And then it was dinner time. You know it’s a restful day when you spend it sleeping, eating, lounging, napping and slothing around the ship.
Green Bean and Roma Tomatoes Salad
Penne Siciliana (Starter Portion)
Chilled Creamy Bing Cherry Soup
Roasted Half Spring Chicken with Gravy
Chateaubriand with Sauce Bearnaise
Tonight’s friend waiting for us in the room
The show this night was Xtreme Country. It was okay. Nothing we’d see twice and probably the weakest of the three shows onboard but that said…we were entertained. It was good enough.
And then we went back to the room and played with the glow sticks Stephanie bought at Dollar Tree before we left like the adults we are.
