Where to Next?featured
We’re having a small debate in the Sunglasses and Umbrella Drinks household.
See, we decided we want to take a quasi last-minute cruise this winter, but we can’t decide where to go.
First, Stephanie and I were going to do a B2B on the Triumph out of New Orleans so we could be platinum for May. Then, we were going to do the Miracle southern route because we never got to go to St. Lucia last year.
Then, Mom decided she and grandma wanted to join us and we were going to do the Miracle in January. We called our PVP and there are absolutely no handicap rooms available for the southern route in January and we thought we’d go on the Dream. Then, a handicap room became available for February.
So, we’re either going to do the Miracle southern route or the Dream eastern or western route. If we go on the Miracle now, we’ll do the Dream in May. If we do the Dream now, we’ll do the Miracle in May (but it’ll be the Eastern itinerary out of New York…but we had so much fun last time in NYC that the itinerary doesn’t matter so much).
We’ve been to all of the ports of the three itineraries except for St. Lucia and Roatan. Mom and I vote for St. Lucia. Stephanie and grandma vote for the Dream. They’re all essentially the same price (though we’d get an extra day on the Miracle). We all like the ports better on the Miracle, but the Dream is all shiny and new.
We’re all at an impasse, so I figured I’d put it up for a vote. There’s a little poll on the upper-right side of the page if anyone wants to take a nanosecond and vote. I promise a super-long review and lots of pictures will come of it (and that my Disney review WILL be finished soon if anyone’s still reading it).
